Position Details

Role: Gatekeeper / Domestic Outdoor Assistant

Location: As assigned by Akaoru Service Provider Limited

Reporting To: Homeowner and Company Management

Duties & Responsibilities

Gate Access Control

• Opening and closing the gate

• Monitoring movement in and out of premises

Compound & Outdoor Cleaning

• Sweeping and maintaining compound cleanliness

• Keeping outdoor areas neat, tidy, and safe

Vehicle Cleaning

• Assisting with cleaning employer's personal vehicle when requested

Light Outdoor Support

• Supporting simple tasks outside the house

• Emptying bins and maintaining waste areas
